360th Charity Fairy – Jennie

August 6 was Jennie’s 9700 days, and BLINKs celebrated the special day by voting and helping her to become the number one solo female artist on our daily rankings! She received 57,469,328 votes on August 6. It was way more than 55,555,555 votes that our Charity Fairy threshold. Jennie has received her 10th Charity Fairy title including 360th Charity Fairy from CHOEAEDOL so far.
Subsequently, CHOEAEDOL is going to make a ₩500k donation to the MIRAL Welfare Foundation, a Korean charity that comprehensively handles problems related to disabilities that may be revealed in a wide range of the social spectrum, including physical and mental disabilities, in the name of Jennie. From May to July, the donation is going to be used for Ukrainian refugees. Since this August, the donation is going to be used for Myanmar students whose education system collapsed in a military coup last year.

Busy Preparing for the Comeback
It has been about 2 years since their last group comeback “The Album” in 2020. In the meantime, BLACKPINK has also been taking over the fashion world as ambassadors for the luxury houses like Dior, Chanel, Saint Laurent, and Celine, respectively.
On July 26, YG Entertainment shared that all four members of BLACKPINK are currently in the middle of filming a music video. Earlier this month, YG Entertainment revealed that BLACKPINK is in the final stages of recording its new album and will make a comeback with new music in August. Not only that, but they will set out for the largest-scale world tour in K-pop girl group history until the end of the year along with their comeback.
In addition, BLACKPINK released the music video of their track “Ready for Love” from their PUBG Mobile virtual performance, featuring virtual avatars of BLACKPINK members. Also, if you haven’t seen BLACKPINK’s new trailer video, check it out now!
