Since we had our 200th Charity Fairy guessing event, we skipped this column for a month. And since last week CHOEAEDOL office had its summer vacation (sort of), October’s posting is going to be done today, the first day of the month.
October is not only a good time to fall in love with Autumn or Fall, this October is particularly special. As countries are starting to recover from the pandemic, we can also see K-Pop getting one step closer to normal. For instance, TREASURE is going to hold an offline stage/concert/fan meeting this weekend, while we are also hearing news of some K-Pop groups is considering holding offline concerts in November. However, the biggest news must be BTS announcing their LA concert in late November.
We are one step closer to getting back to the K-Pop normal after more than one and a half years. This is always exciting.
And without further ado, let’s look at October’s calendar and see what we are going to celebrate this month.
On the first day of October, we start by celebrating DREAMCATCHER Siyeon’s birthday.
Then, in the first week of October, Stray Kids Bang Chan, SEVENTEEN JEONGHAN, and EXO Lay are going to celebrate their birthdays with SF9 and WEi will be celebrating their debut anniversaries. Another Stray Kids member, Lee Know, is going to have his birthday celebration on the 25th
The second week of November is big since BTS Jimin is going to celebrate his birthday on October 13, while Super Junior Donghae’s birthday is on the 15th. ENHYPEN Heeseung will be spending a good on October 15, his birthday.
ONCEs are going to be super exciting as TWICE’s debut anniversary is on October 20, and LOONA’s fandom, ORBIT, is going to celebrate Heejin and Chuu’s birthdays back to back on the 19th and 20th. While aespa Ningning and Giselle will have their birthday celebrations on two consecutive Saturdays, 23th and 30th.
At last, on the last week of the month, ATEEZ will be welcoming their third debut anniversary on the 24th, while rookie group DRIPPIN and P1HARMONY will both welcoming their first debut anniversary on the 28th. Two Japanese artists, Niziu RiKu and NCT Yuta will both celebrate their birthdays on the 26th, and Yuta might as well celebrate his birthday with his fellow member Winwin since he is going to celebrate his 2 days after Yuta.
An ending note, the 4th and 11th of October are public holidays in Korea so so there will be no Charity Fairy and Charity Angel announcement.
