TWICE is Charity Angel of February 2023, with topping CHOEAEDOL’s 30-days cumulative chart. Congratulations to TWICE and ONCE!

ONCE helped TWICE to continue their win streak of Charity Angel with 2984 points.

Subsequently, CHOEAEDOL is going to make a ₩500k donation to the MIRAL Welfare Foundation, a Korean charity that comprehensively handles problems related to disabilities that may be revealed in a wide range of the social spectrum, including physical and mental disabilities, in the name of TWICE. From May to July, the donation is going to be used for Ukrainian refugees. Since this August, the donation is going to be used for Myanmar students whose education system collapsed in a military coup last year. From this September, the donation is used for vulnerable groups and handicapped child in South Korea.

TWICE continues achieving the Charity Angel streak special thanks to ONCE. But this is not something that it can take for granted. TWICE have revealed that pre-release single I GOT YOU on 2024.02.02 FRI 2PM KST/0AM EST, the group announced via X. Let’s stream “I GOT YOU” on the streaming service!

Also on the horizon for TWICE is a series of live shows starting in February. TWICE will play four shows across Mexico and Brazil in 2024, followed by the “Ready to Be Once More” concert on March 16 at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

Every day, after the voting time (until 23:30 KST), the rankings are arranged and the person who became the first in the daily rankings gets 100 points, and the second gets 99points, 98 for the third, and so on. All these points are accumulated for 30 days until the 10th of every month, the day before the Individual Charity Angel announcement. The person who gets the most votes becomes the Charity Angel of that month. When Charity Angels are settled and announced every 11th of the month (for the individual idols, for groups it’s 16th), 500k KRW is donated to charity organizations. In a few days, Charity Angel for the groups will be announced

New reward for the winner of charity angel from 2021

Starting from January 2021, Charity Angel rewards will be added. No only donating to charities in the name of the winner, we will also hang a subway billboard for September Charity Angel! For instance, this is the subway billboard ad of our October Charity Angel.

BTS is CHOEAEDOL’s 101st Charity Angel

101st Charity Angel – BTS

BTS is Charity Angel of February with topping CHOEAEDOL’s 30-days cumulative chart. Congratulations to BTS and ARMY!

ARMY helped BTS to continue their win streak of Charity Angel with 3000 points.

Subsequently, CHOEAEDOL is going to make a ₩500k donation to the MIRAL Welfare Foundation, a Korean charity that comprehensively handles problems related to disabilities that may be revealed in a wide range of the social spectrum, including physical and mental disabilities, in the name of BTS. From May to June, the donation is going to be used for people with audiovisual disabilities. The donation will be used for customized education, support for independent living, network construction, and awareness improvement projects so that the people with audiovisual disabilities can come out of the world.

BTS continues achieving the Charity Angel special thanks to ARMY. But this is not something that it can take for granted. Without continuous and passionate support from ARMY, this would not happen. However, becoming a Charity Angel is no mean feat. Charity Angel is always a tight one and it is no way to be complacent. SEVENTEEN Dino is CHOEAEDOL’s 576th Charity Fairy

It was Dino’s birthday, so he turned on Weverse live for CARAT to celebrate it together. Dino chatted a lot with CARAT and it was so cute. He also wanted to show appreciation and gratitude to CARAT. Dino looked very happy to celebrate his birthday with CARAT together.

The program records an exciting adventure in which Na PD takes on the role of a guide for SEVENTEEN as they travel to Italy for 6 nights and 7 days. The production team deliberately did not inform SEVENTEEN about the trip beforehand and the members only knew they were going to Italy at the last minute while relaxing after a concert.

The title of Charity Fairy will be given to the idol who receives more than 55,555,555 daily votes in the CHOEAEDOL app during the whole month. Only those idols who have anniversaries (e.g. birthday, comeback day and debut anniversary) during the month can compete for the title of Charity Fairy.

To honour the Charity Fairies, we will donate 500,000 KRW in their name. You will see the donation certificate within 2-3 weeks of the announcement on our Twitter.
