February 18 was So Junghwan’s birthday, so TREASURE MAKERs celebrated his birthday by voting for him and helping him become the number one on the CHOEAEDOL daily rankings! He received 56,930,026 votes on that day. It was more than 55,555,555 votes, which is our Charity Fairy threshold. This is So Junghwan’s 3rd title from CHOEAEDOL.
Subsequently, CHOEAEDOL will make a donation of ₩500,000 on behalf of So Junghwan to the MIRAL Welfare Foundation, a Korean charity organisation that comprehensively deals with problems related to disabilities that may occur in a wide range of social areas, including physical and mental disabilities. From May to June, the donation will be used for people with audiovisual disabilities. The donation will be used for customized education, independent living support, network building and awareness raising projects so that people with audiovisual disabilities can come out of the world.
It seems like the TREASURE MAKERs are becoming one of the most massive and supportive fanbases on CHOEAEDOL as the years go by. It was So Junghwan’s birthday, so he turned on Weverse live for TREASURE MAKER to celebrate it together. So Junghwan chatted a lot with TREASURE MAKER and it was so cute. He also wanted to show appreciation and gratitude to TREASURE MAKER. So Junghwan looked very happy to celebrate his birthday with TREASURE MAKER together.
Junghwan received a surprise birthday party from TREASURE MAKER during TREASURE Japan tour! Junghwan looked so happy and he left a sweet message on official X (Twitter) account 🙂
On February 7, Junghwan was one of the idols to graduate from high school as he completed his time at the prestigious SOPA (School of Performing Arts). As always, the members of TREASURE were there to support Junghwan, but they made sure to ensure that he could feel their love.

So, what is Charity Fairy? and what is with the donation?
The title of Charity Fairy will be given to the idol who receives more than 55,555,555 daily votes in the CHOEAEDOL app during the whole month. Only those idols who have anniversaries (e.g. birthday, comeback day and debut anniversary) during the month can compete for the title of Charity Fairy.
To honour the Charity Fairies, we will donate 500,000 KRW in their name. You will see the donation certificate within 2-3 weeks of the announcement on our Twitter.
