97th Charity Angel – BTS
BTS is Charity Angel of November, with topping CHOEAEDOL’s 30-days cumulative chart. Congratulations to BTS and ARMY!
ARMY helped BTS to continue their win streak of Charity Angel with 2998 points.
Subsequently, CHOEAEDOL is going to make a ₩500k donation to the MIRAL Welfare Foundation, a Korean charity that comprehensively handles problems related to disabilities that may be revealed in a wide range of the social spectrum, including physical and mental disabilities, in the name of BTS. From May to June, the donation is going to be used for people with audiovisual disabilities. The donation will be used for customized education, support for independent living, network construction, and awareness improvement projects so that the people with audiovisual disabilities can come out of the world.
BTS continues achieving the Charity Angel special thanks to ARMY. But this is not something that it can take for granted. Without continuous and passionate support from ARMY, this would not happen. However, becoming a Charity Angel is no mean feat. Charity Angel is always a tight one and it is no way to be complacent. BTS held onto first place in the last 30 days with 2998 points, with EXO trailing behind in second place with 2967 points. MONSTA X came third in 2936 points. Stray Kids comes back to fourth with 2908 points. Finally, we had ATEEZ in fifth place with 2875 points.

BTS is CHOEAEDOL’s 98th Charity Angel
Jungkook put out his first solo album “Golden,” composed of all English tracks aimed at the global music market. Including the lead track, ‘Standing Next to You,’ I filled the album with 11 songs of diverse genres,” he said in the footage distributed by his agency, BigHit Music.
Jungkook appeared on BTS SUGA’s talk show on YouTube, Suchwita: Time to Get Drunk with SUGA (슈취타), on November 4. However, the part of the show that stunned the entire fandom, along with the BTS, was the sudden appearance of V.
With plans to release BTS’ Busan concert film — “BTS: Yet to Come” — and a survival show titled “University War” (unofficial translation) in November, local video streaming service Coupang Play seeks to cement its position in Korea’s streaming market.

Okay. What is Charity Angel?
Every day, after the voting time (until 23:30 KST), the rankings are arranged and the person who became the first in the daily rankings gets 100 points, and the second gets 99points, 98 for the third, and so on. All these points are accumulated for 30 days until the 10th of every month, the day before the Individual Charity Angel announcement. The person who gets the most votes becomes the Charity Angel of that month. When Charity Angels are settled and announced every 11th of the month (for the individual idols, for groups it’s 16th), 500k KRW is donated to charity organizations. In a few days, Charity Angel for the groups will be announced
New reward for the winner of charity angel from 2021
Starting from January 2021, Charity Angel rewards will be added. No only donating to charities in the name of the winner, we will also hang a subway billboard for the Charity angels! For instance, this is the subway billboard ad of our October Charity Angel.
