89th Charity Angel – Lisa
Lisa of BLACKPINK became Charity Angel of February with the top honor of CHOEAEDOL’s 30-day cumulative chart. Congratulations to Lisa and BLINK!
BLINK helped Lisa to continue their win streak of Charity Angel with 2973 points.
Thus, CHOEAEDOL is going to make a donation in the name of Lisa. We are doing to donate ₩500k (USD 440) to the MIRAL Welfare Foundation, a Korean charity that comprehensively handles problems related to disabilities that may be revealed in a wide range of the social spectrum, including physical and mental disabilities. From May to July, the donation is going to be used for Ukrainian refugees. Since this August, the donation is going to be used for Myanmar students whose education system collapsed in a military coup last year. From this September, the donation is used for vulnerable groups and handicapped child in South Korea.
Lisa continues to acheive streak Charity Angel with BLINK’s support . Without continuous and passionate support from BLINK, this would not happen. World Tour [Born Pink]
After returning to BLACKPINK’s second full-length album in September, they have been very busy. In the meantime, BLACKPINK has also been taking over the fashion world as ambassador for the luxury houses like Dior, Chanel, Saint Laurent, and Celine, respectively.
BLACKPINK finished the tour in North America where they will perform 10 shows in seven different cities across the United States, Canada, and Europe. BLACKPINK have started 2022 World Tour “BORN PINK” in Asia. Especially, BLACKPINK started the Asian tour in Thailand, the hometown of Lisa.
Blackpink will headline this year’s Coachella Valley Music and Arts festival. The quartet will give two performances, one each on April 15 and 22, during the music festivity as the headlining artist among a lineup of outstanding global artists.
It’s been a while since BLACKPINK released a new album, but BLACKPINK always never let BLINKs down! Can’t wait for their amazing songs and on the concert stage all together. Who are we? What is CHOEAEDOL?
As we all know, K-Pop without fans is nothing. In CHOEAEDOL, we are always doing our best to create friendly and approachable communities specially design for K-Pop fans around the world to show their love and passion for their favourite idols and idol groups and ultimately enjoy their time with their fellow K-Pop fans.
CHOEAEDOL is an Idol Ranking App where fans get to vote every day for the Idol rankings. You can vote hearts that is freely given every day or that you can earn through various routes (receiving from the CHOEAEDOL friends, posting some images or schedules of your idol, clicking surprise heart boxes, etc.)
Apart from that, CHOEAEDOL also heavily involved in charity, by make donating on behalf of idols. CHOEAEDOL ‘s donation amount has reached 250 million KRW (200,000 USD). Come rank your idol to a higher place and participate in good action at the same time.
Okay. What is Charity Angel?
Every day, after the voting time (until 23:30 KST), the rankings are arranged and the person who became the first in the daily rankings gets 100 points, and the second gets 99points, 98 for the third, and so on. All these points are accumulated for 30 days until the 10th of every month, the day before the Individual Charity Angel announcement. The person who gets the most votes becomes the Charity Angel of that month. When Charity Angels are settled and announced every 11th of the month (for the individual idols, for groups it’s 16th), 500k KRW is donated to charity organizations. In a few days, Charity Angel for the groups will be announced
New reward for the winner of charity angel from 2021
Starting from January 2021, Charity Angel rewards will be added~ No only donating to charities in the name of the winner, we will also hang a subway billboard for the Charity angels! For instance, this is the subway billboard ad of our January Charity angel.
