January 26 was I.M’s 28th birthday, so MONBEBE celebrated his birthday by voting and helping him to become the number one male solo artist on our daily rankings! He received 57,055,661 votes on January 26. It was way more than 55,555,555 votes, which is our Charity Fairy threshold, I.M has received his 2nd title from CHOEAEDOL. Congratulations again 🥳
Subsequently, CHOEAEDOL is going to make a ₩500k donation to the MIRAL Welfare Foundation, a Korean charity that comprehensively handles problems related to disabilities that may be revealed in a wide range of the social spectrum, including physical and mental disabilities, in the name of I.M. From May to July, the donation is going to be used for Ukrainian refugees. Since this August, the donation is going to be used for Myanmar students whose education system collapsed in a military coup last year. From this September, the donation is used for vulnerable groups and handicapped child in South Korea.

It was I.M’s birthday, so he turned on livestream on Instagram for MONBEBE to celebrate it together. I.M chatted a lot with MONBEBE and it was so cute. He also wanted to show appreciation and gratitude to MONBEBE. I.M looked very happy to celebrate his birthday with MONBEBE together.
Monsta X Returning with more powerful performances and unique musical color. MONSTA X launched its 12th mini album “Reason” on January 9, Monday. Reason marks Monsta X’s third comeback without leader Shownu, who is still completing his mandatory military service after enlisting in 2021.
The album comprises six tracks all in different tones: the title song “Beautiful Liar,” and the side tracks “Daydream,” “Crescendo,” Lone Ranger,” “Deny,” and “It’s Okay.” The titular track “Beautiful Liar” is a rhythmical and powerful punk rock that sings about the reason for love found in the most dangerous relationship.

The title of Charity Fairy is given to the idol who received over 55,555,555 daily votes in CHOEAEDOL app during the whole month. Only the idols who have anniversaries (e.g. birthday, comeback and debut anniversary) during the month could challenge for the Charity Fairy title.
To honour the Charity Fairies, we donate 500k KRW in the name of the Charity Fairies. You will see the Donation Certificate within 2-3 weeks of the announcement on our Twitter.
