391st Charity Fairy – Donghae
Happy Birthday to Donghae and congratulations on winning his FIRST CHOEAEDOL Charity Fairy. Shout out to all ELF and Donghae! #HappyDonghaeDay
October 15 was Donghae’s 37th birthday, so ELFs celebrated his birthday by voting and helping him to become the number one soloist on our daily rankings! He received 57,220,461 votes on October 15. It was way more than 55,555,555 votes, which is our Charity Fairy threshold, Donghae has received his first title from CHOEAEDOL.
Subsequently, CHOEAEDOL is going to make a ₩500k donation to the MIRAL Welfare Foundation, a Korean charity that comprehensively handles problems related to disabilities that may be revealed in a wide range of the social spectrum, including physical and mental disabilities, in the name of Donghae. From May to July, the donation is going to be used for Ukrainian refugees. Since this August, the donation is going to be used for Myanmar students whose education system collapsed in a military coup last year.
It seems like ELFs are going to become one of the most passionate fandom on CHOEAEDOL this year. We are so grateful to see ELF supporting their idols using CHOEAEDOL! On October 15, Donghae left a sweet message on Twitter to express his gratitude. He wanted to show appreciation and gratitude to ELF. It seems that Donghae spent his birthday with happiness 🙂 Hope Donghae is always happy with smile on his face!
According to the schedule, SUPER JUNIOR started “Super Show 9 : The Road” from this July. They visited Bangkok, Thailand in July. Also they held World Tour in Singapore on September 3, Indonesia on September 17, Malaysia on October 10. They will have a concert in Hong Kong this November.

The title of Charity Fairy is given to the idol who received over 55,555,555 daily votes in CHOEAEDOL app during the whole month. Only the idols who have anniversaries (e.g. birthday, comeback and debut anniversary) during the month could challenge for the Charity Fairy title.
To honour the Charity Fairies, we donate 500k KRW in the name of the Charity Fairies. You will see the Donation Certificate within 2-3 weeks of the announcement on our Twitter.
