370th Charity Fairy – Hui
Happy birthday, Hui! Also congratulations on winning the 2nd Charity Fairy title from CHOEAEDOL. Shout out to Hui and UNIVERSE. #CaptainHuiDay
August 28 was Hui’s birthday, and UNIVERSE celebrated the special day by voting and helping Hui to become the number one solo male artist on our daily rankings! He received 82,656,868 votes on August 28. It was way more than 55,555,555 votes than our Charity Fairy threshold. He is the one who received the most votes in August so far. Hui has received his 2nd Charity Fairy title including the 370th Charity Fairy from CHOEAEDOL so far.
Subsequently, CHOEAEDOL is going to make a ₩500k donation to the MIRAL Welfare Foundation, a Korean charity that comprehensively handles problems related to disabilities that may be revealed in a wide range of the social spectrum, including physical and mental disabilities, in the name of Hui. From May to July, the donation is going to be used for Ukrainian refugees. Since this August, the donation is going to be used for Myanmar students whose education system collapsed in a military coup last year.
It seems like UNIVERSE is going to become one of the most passionate fandoms on CHOEAEDOL this year. We are so grateful to see UNIVERSE supporting Hui using CHOEAEDOL! Last week, Aug 25, PENTAGON performed ‘Feelin’ Like’ at K GLOBAL HEART DREAM AWARDS. And also, PENTAGON won K GLOBAL HOT STAR Award. Congratulations once again! However, Hui couldn’t participate because he was serving in the military. Hui is scheduled to be discharged from the military this November. There are only 3 months left, so let’s wait for Hui together, UNIVERSE! 🙂

The title of Charity Fairy is given to the idol who received over 55,555,555 daily votes in CHOEAEDOL app during the whole month. Only the idols who have anniversaries (e.g. birthday, comeback and debut anniversary) during the month could challenge for the Charity Fairy title.
To honour the Charity Fairies, we donate 500k KRW in the name of the Charity Fairies. You will see the Donation Certificate within 2-3 weeks of the announcement on our Twitter.
