330th Charity Fairy – Yoshi

Last Sunday was Yoshi’s birthday. TREASURE MAKERs celebrated his birthday by voting and helping him to become the number one soloist on our daily rankings! He received 57,753,524 votes on May 15, and by having more than 55,555,555 votes, which is our Charity Fairy threshold, Yoshi has received his first title from CHOEAEDOL.
Subsequently, CHOEAEDOL is going to make a ₩500k donation to the MIRAL Welfare Foundation, a Korean charity that comprehensively handles problems related to disabilities that may be revealed in a wide range of the social spectrum, including physical and mental disabilities, in the name of Yoshi. In May and June, the donation is going to be used for Ukrainian refugees.
It seems like TREASURE MAKERs are going to become a rather active fandom on CHOEAEDOL this year. The fandom has already helped 10 members of TREASURE win Charity Fairy title from us. Last week, BIGBANG uploaded the video of M/V reaction for Still Life. It was the reaction of BIGBANG’s junior groups in YG entertainment. The most stood out reaction was Yoshi’s. Yoshi was immersed in the M/V, and soon he wept.
Yoshi said the lyrics ‘cried and laughed’ touched his heart because he shared all the joys and sorrows with the songs of BIGBANG. VIPs and K-pop fans sympathized with Yoshi.

The title of Charity Fairy is given to the idol who received over 55,555,555 daily votes in CHOEAEDOL app during the whole month. Only the idols who have anniversaries (e.g. birthday, comeback and debut anniversary) during the month could challenge for the Charity Fairy title.
To honour the Charity Fairies, we donate 500k KRW in the name of the Charity Fairies. You will see the Donation Certificate within 2-3 weeks of the announcement on our Twitter.
