280th Charity Fairy – Jungwon
ENHYPEN’s Baby Leader Jungwon is CHOEAEODL’s 280th Charity Fairy, as fans celebrated his birthday yesterday.
Yesterday was Jungwon’s Birthday. ENGENE celebrated this special occasion by helping Jungwon to become a Charity Fairy. That is, to vote for Jungwon and accumulate more than 55,555,555 votes yesterday. At the end of the day, Jungwon received 59,044,676 votes and has successfully become a Charity Fairy.
Thus, CHEOAEDOL is going to donate, in Jungwon’s name, ₩500k to MIRAL Welfare Foundation, a Korean charity that comprehensively handles problems related to disabilities that may be revealed in a wide range of the social spectrum, including physical and mental disabilities.

Bang Sihyuk, the founder of Hybe Corporation, had given compliments about the voice of one member of I-LAND Trainees. And the member has debuted as ‘Jungwon’ of ENHYPEN. Jungwon’s beautiful voice is famous not only to ENGENE but also to other K-POP fans.
From Feb 13, we can hear the beautiful voice every week, since Jungwon and Sunoo became a new DJ of ‘Listen’, the EBS radio show. Among ENHYPEN members, they are the first radio DJ. They are going to listen to the concern and sympathize with teenagers via the show. The show airs every Sunday from 7 pm to 9 pm (KST), and it will be a visual radio show.
Is it hard to watch the show on time? It’s okay. The recorded one will be uploaded on YouTube. We are looking forward to how will Jungwon and Sunno cheer us, and what chemistry they will show us.
So, what is Charity Fairy? and what is with the donation?
The title of Charity Fairy is given to the idol who received over 55,555,555 daily votes in CHOEAEDOL app during the whole month. Only the idols who have anniversaries (e.g. birthday, comeback and debut anniversary) during the month could challenge for the Charity Fairy title.
