279th Charity Fairy – Jihyo
Happy birthday Jihyo. Also congratulations on winning another Charity Fairy title from CHOEAEDOL.
Last Tuesday was Jihyo’s birthday, and ONCE celebrated #Our_Light_JihyoDay by helping Jihyo to become CHOAEDOL’s Charity Fairy. They helped Jihyo to become the number one idol on CHOEAEDOL’s daily ranking, and with 59,415,993 votes, Jihyo also successfully became our 279th Charity Fairy.
Thus, CHOEAEDOL is going to, in Jihyo’s name, donate ₩500k donation to the MIRAL Welfare Foundation, a Korean charity that comprehensively handles problems related to disabilities that may be revealed in a wide range of the social spectrum, including physical and mental disabilities.

Busy for World Tour
After TWICE released <The Feels>, their 1st full English Single, they are having their 4th world tour. The name of their ongoing world tour is ‘Ⅲ’, and it means ONCE (TWICE’s fandom) + TWICE.
TWICE started the world tour in Seoul, in December 2021. They will go to the US and have a concert in Los Angeles, Oakland, Dallas, Atlanta, and New York City this February. The world tour will be ended at Tokyo Dome in April.
It’s been a long time since TWICE had a world tour and offline concert. This was a rare opportunity for ONCE all around the world, so the concert got sold out so quickly. Not only ONCE but also TWICE will anticipate the concerts that make them meet each other.
The role of Jihyo, our precious leader of TWICE, will be very important because a world tour is one of the hardest schedules. We hope Jihyo and other TWICE members stay healthy and happy during the world tour.
So, what is Charity Fairy? and what is with the donation?
The title of Charity Fairy is given to the idol who received over 55,555,555 daily votes in CHOEAEDOL app during the whole month. Only the idols who have anniversaries (e.g. birthday, comeback and debut anniversary) during the month could challenge for the Charity Fairy title.
To honour the Charity Fairies, we donate 500k KRW in the name of the Charity Fairies. You will see the Donation Certificate within 2-3 weeks of the announcement on our Twitter.
