262nd Charity Fairy – Chen
EXO Chen, who is currently serving his military duty, is CHOEAEDOL’s latest Charity Fairy. Congratulations.
Yesterday was Chen’s 10700 Days, and EXO-L celebrated this special day by voting for him on CHOEAEDOL. In the end, Chen received 58,255,457 votes and became the number one idol on our daily chart. As he received more than 55,555,555 votes, Chen also became CHOEAEDOL’s Charity Angel.
Thus, in the name of Chen, CHOEAEDOL is going to donate ₩500k to the MIRAL Welfare Foundation, a Korean charity that comprehensively handles problems related to disabilities that may be revealed in a wide range of the social spectrum, including physical and mental disabilities.

Earlier this week, Korean news outlet Joynews 24 published a series of articles discussing the K-Pop scenery of 2022.
In one of the articles, they talk about the idols who are going to finish the military service, and one of the idols they mentioned is Chen, alongside Suho, his fellow groupmate from EXO.
Both of them are going to discharge this year in the first half of the year, as Chen is going to finish his service in late April, while his groupmate is going to finish his next month.
Chen and Suho are the third and fourth members of the group to finish their military service, after, Xiumin and D.O..
As Chen and Suho have expanded their scopes to other aspects such as musicals and solo activities, it is exciting to see them back to the scene.
So, what is Charity Fairy? and what is with the donation?
The title of Charity Fairy is given to the idol who received over 55,555,555 daily votes in CHOEAEDOL app during the whole month. Only the idols who have anniversaries (e.g. birthday, comeback and debut anniversary) during the month could challenge for the Charity Fairy title.
