257th Charity Fairy – Dita
K-pop girl group SECRET NUMBER’s Indonesian member Dita has become CHOEAEDOL’s Charity Fairy on her birthday, December 25.
December 25th is, of course, Christmas Day, but it is also Dita Karang’s birthday. LOCKEY, SECRET NUMBER’s fandom, celebrated Dita’s birthday by helping her to become our number 1 girl idol on that day. She received 57,903,787 votes last Saturday, and by receiving more than 55,555,555 votes, she became CHOEAEDOL’s 257th Charity Fairy.
Thus, CHOEAEDOL is going to make a donation in the name of Dita, as we are going to donate ₩500k to the MIRAL Welfare Foundation, a Korean charity that comprehensively handles problems related to disabilities that may be revealed in a wide range of the social spectrum, including physical and mental disabilities.

SECRET NUMBER Dita has been featured in Good Friends 2, a TV program co-produced by Korean TV network SBS and Indonesia TV network NET..
Good Friend is a show about Korea from the perspective of the five hosts from Indonesia. It includes SECRET NUMBER Dita, the first K-Pop girl group member from Indonesia, actress Yuki, local boyband member Rafael, singer, actress, and model Amel, and Youtuber Dito.
Recently they have filmed a special episode of them visiting the historical province Gyeongsangbuk-do, and the episode has recorded more than 9 million views on Youtube, NET TV, and the hosts’ SNSs combined.
In this special episode, Dita and the rest of the crew visited Yeongju city and Andong City and spent their time experiencing the history and traditional culture of Korea.
Personnel from the Gyeongbuk Culture and Tourism Organization said through Good Friend 2 a different aspect of Gyeongbuk was shown to the audience in Indonesia.
As we have more and more K-Pop idols from different parts of the world, through their popularities and influences, programs and activities like Good Friends 2 are going to show a different side of Korea to the audience around the world.
So, what is Charity Fairy? and what is with the donation?
The title of Charity Fairy is given to the idol who received over 55,555,555 daily votes in CHOEAEDOL app during the whole month. Only the idols who have anniversaries (e.g. birthday, comeback and debut anniversary) during the month could challenge for the Charity Fairy title.
