125th Charity Fairy – Yeri
Congratulations Yeri of Red Velvet for becoming our 125th Charity Fairy. On Yeri’s birthday #HappyYeriDay (March 5), ReVeluvs on CHOEAEDOL have celebrated by gathering hearts, and ultimately they gathered 56,330,411 hearts and has crossed the cutline and thus help Yeri to become our 125th Charity Fairy. ₩500k ($440) will thus be donated to charity in the name of Yeri. This is the very first time Yeri becoming our Charity Fairy. Congratulations to Yeri and ReVeluvs.

First time actress
As a singer who is competent in singing, rapping, and dancing, Yeri has once again shown her other talents by featuring in a TV drama for the very first time. On Mar 3, she debuts as an actress in tvN’s Saturday drama program Drama Stage. In the drama titled Mint Condition, Yeri took on a role as a nurse called Hong Chaeri who, in the drama, has to work with other nurses in a bizarre situation when a 60 years old man had been turned back to his 20s due to a illegally manufactured second hand MRI machine. As one of the main characters, Yeri’s acting in this drama has been well received as she has really lived and breathed Hong Chaeri, a character with an unique charisma who doesn’t care about others, does things in her way and calls a spade a spade. Yeri’s actress debut has received a good response and this raised the possibility for other acting opportunities in the future.
So, what is Charity Fairy? and what is with the donation?
The title of Charity Fairy is given to the idol who received over 55,555,555 daily votes in CHOEAEDOL app during the whole month. Only the idols who have anniversaries (e.g. birthday, comeback and debut anniversary) during the month could challenge for the Charity Fairy throne.
