EXO received 2995 points to be the Chairty fairy during the period of December 17 to January 15, 2020. This is the achievement while BTS and NU’EST are on the 2nd and 3rd on the monthly rankings, respectively. BTS has accumulated 2971 points and NU’EST has received 2927 points. Although this month’s top rankers’ points are slightly lower than that of last month(last month’s records: EXO- 2998, BTS- 2970, X1- 2884), the rankings stayed the same. EXO was the angel after all! Congratulations to EXO and EXO-L for being the first Charity angel of 2020.

What is Charity Angel?

Every day, after the voting time(until 23:30 KST), the rankings are arranged and the person who became the first in the daily rankings gets 100 points, and the second gets 99points, 98 for the third, and so on. All these points are accumulated for 30 days until the 10th of every month, the day before the Individual Charity Angel announcement. The person who gets the most votes becomes the Charity Angel of that month. When Charity Angels are settled and announced on every 11th of the month(for the individual idols, for groups its 16th), 500k KRW is donated to charity organizations. In a few days, Charity Angel for the groups will be announced. 

EXO’s donation amount now reaches 21,000,000KRW. It is the 24th time for EXO to be awarded as the Charity angel. They’ve been awarded as angels and fairies total of 42 times now! What a record! Kang Daniel made it gain this month to be the Charity Angel of the month. This is the first Charity Angel of 2020. During December 12 to January 10, Kang Daniel received 2988 points. The second was Kim Wooseok who accumulated 2953 points while the third, Jimin of BTS got 2912 points during the month. Park Jihoon ranked on the 4th and V of BTS ranked on the 5th this month. Kang Daniel had recorded 2994 points last month when he kept the 51th charity angel throne. Compared to this, this month’s record(2988) was less than this but he still managed to keep the throne, widening the gap with Kim Wooseok by 35 points.

On December 25, Tzuyu received 11,833,428 votes and became the last Charity Fairy of 2019! Last month was Mina, then it is Tzuyu. BTS ends 2019 as the last Charity fairy!

December 30 was V’s birthday. Celebrating that, fans made some posters and put those in the CHOEAEDOL community. Along with that, they have become the charity fairy by receiving 8,697,206 votes! Beating EXO who had 3,695,520 votes on December 23.

Congratulations once again to BTS and ARMY ending the year with receiving the award. Can we expect their play in 2020 too? 😊

Kang Daniel finalizes the Charity fairy of 2019! | 48th Charity Fairy | Donation certificate

48th Charity Fairy is Kang Daniel!

On December 31, Kang Daniel topped all other boys’ record. V had set the record of 85,161,824 votes on the day right before(Dec 30) and Kim Yohan a member of X1 also had the record of 140,364,512 votes which was made on December 25. Kang Daniel and his fans, Danity easily beat these record and succeeded to become the last charity fairy of 2019.

Last month’s competition over 47th charity fairy was quite loose as I’ve written in the last post, but this month’s was pretty exciting I’d say! Last month, when Kang Daniel won the Charity fairy of November 2019, he received 39,999,815 votes. But this month the competition got intense while V and Kang Daniel had their birthdays and Kim Yohan had 7400th-day-anniversary. So Kang Daniel received 344 million votes in the end to win the Charity fairy award. I’d like to say ‘수고했어요!’ to you all Danity, meaning ‘Good job’/’You did a hard work!’.

Totaling charity donated in the name of Kang Daniel is now 22,500,000 KRW! Congratulations to him once again! Stay tuned for his rankings updated every day!!
