January 9 was VERIVERY’s 5th debut annviersary, so VERRERs celebrated his birthday by voting for him and helping him become the number one on the CHOEAEDOL daily rankings! He received 55,795,018 votes on that day. It was more than 55,555,555 votes, which is our Charity Fairy threshold. This is VERIVERY’s 1st title from CHOEAEDOL.
Subsequently, CHOEAEDOL will make a donation of ₩500,000 on behalf of VERIVERY to the MIRAL Welfare Foundation, a Korean charity organisation that comprehensively deals with problems related to disabilities that may occur in a wide range of social areas, including physical and mental disabilities. From May to June, the donation will be used for people with audiovisual disabilities. The donation will be used for customized education, independent living support, network building and awareness raising projects so that people with audiovisual disabilities can come out of the world.
It seems like the VERRERs are becoming one of the most massive and supportive fanbases on CHOEAEDOL as the years go by. On January 9, VERIVERY left a sweet message on X(Twitter) to express their gratitude to VERRERs. Also, VERIVERY turned on Weverse Live to celebrate their 5th debut anniversary. They wanted to show appreciation and gratitude to VERRER. All VERIVERY members looked happy together
On August 28, Dongheon officially entered the military training center to begin basic training ahead of his service as an active duty soldier. VERIVERY members have sent Dongheon off to the military!

So, what is Charity Fairy? and what is with the donation?
The title of Charity Fairy will be given to the idol who receives more than 55,555,555 daily votes in the CHOEAEDOL app during the whole month. Only those idols who have anniversaries (e.g. birthday, comeback day and debut anniversary) during the month can compete for the title of Charity Fairy.
To honour the Charity Fairies, we will donate 500,000 KRW in their name. You will see the donation certificate within 2-3 weeks of the announcement on our Twitter.
