557th Charity Fairy – Sana
Happy Birthday, Sana! Congratulations on winning CHOEAEDOL’s 4th Charity Fairy title. Shout out to all the ONCEs and Sana <3
December 29 was Sana’s birthday, so ONCEs celebrated her anniversary by voting for her and helping her become the number one on the CHOEAEDOL daily rankings! She received 60,981,378 votes on that day. It was more than 55,555,555 votes, which is our Charity Fairy threshold. This is Sana’s 4th title from CHOEAEDOL.
Subsequently, CHOEAEDOL will make a donation of ₩500,000 on behalf of Sana to the MIRAL Welfare Foundation, a Korean charity organisation that comprehensively deals with problems related to disabilities that may occur in a wide range of social areas, including physical and mental disabilities. From May to June, the donation will be used for people with audiovisual disabilities. The donation will be used for customized education, independent living support, network building and awareness raising projects so that people with audiovisual disabilities can come out of the world.
It seems like the ONCEs are becoming one of the most massive and supportive fanbases on CHOEAEDOL as the years go by. So, what is Charity Fairy? and what is with the donation?
The title of Charity Fairy will be given to the idol who receives more than 55,555,555 daily votes in the CHOEAEDOL app during the whole month. Only those idols who have anniversaries (e.g. birthday, comeback day and debut anniversary) during the month can compete for the title of Charity Fairy.
To honour the Charity Fairies, we will donate 500,000 KRW in their name. You will see the donation certificate within 2-3 weeks of the announcement on our Twitter.
