October 10 was PENTAGON’s 7th debut anniversary, and UNIVERSE celebrated the special day by voting and helping Hui to become the number one solo male artist on our daily rankings! He received 64,093,401 votes on October 10. It was way more than 55,555,555 votes than our Charity Fairy threshold. PENTAGON has received his 2nd Charity Fairy title including the 518th Charity Fairy from CHOEAEDOL so far.
Subsequently, CHOEAEDOL is going to make a ₩500k donation to the MIRAL Welfare Foundation, a Korean charity that comprehensively handles problems related to disabilities that may be revealed in a wide range of the social spectrum, including physical and mental disabilities, in the name of PENTAGON. From May to June, the donation is going to be used for people with audiovisual disabilities. The donation will be used for customized education, support for independent living, network construction, and awareness improvement projects so that the people with audiovisual disabilities can come out of the world.
It seems like UNIVERSE is going to become one of the most passionate fandoms on CHOEAEDOL this year. We are so grateful to see UNIVERSE supporting Hui using CHOEAEDOL! Happy 7th Debut Anniversary
On October 10 at 6 p.m. KST, PENTAGON dropped their digital single “With UNIVERSE” along with the music video for the track. Composed by Hui and Wooseok and with lyrics by Hui, Wooseok, and Yuto, “With UNIVERSE” conveys sincerity and gratitude to fans while looking back on the memories PENTAGON and UNIVERSE (official fan club) made together as they walked toward one dream since their debut in October 2016. PENTAGON continues to make a promise to UNIVERSE as they were always there for the group.

So, what is Charity Fairy? and what is with the donation?
The title of Charity Fairy is given to the idol who received over 55,555,555 daily votes in CHOEAEDOL app during the whole month. Only the idols who have anniversaries (e.g. birthday, comeback and debut anniversary) during the month could challenge for the Charity Fairy title.
To honour the Charity Fairies, we donate 500k KRW in the name of the Charity Fairies. You will see the Donation Certificate within 2-3 weeks of the announcement on our Twitter.
