December 30 was Joshua’s 28th birthday, so CARAT celebrated his birthday by voting and helping him to become the number one male solo artist on our daily rankings! He received 56,249,984 votes on December 30. It was way more than 55,555,555 votes, which is our Charity Fairy threshold, Joshua has received his 2nd title from CHOEAEDOL. Congratulations again 🥳
Subsequently, CHOEAEDOL is going to make a ₩500k donation to the MIRAL Welfare Foundation, a Korean charity that comprehensively handles problems related to disabilities that may be revealed in a wide range of the social spectrum, including physical and mental disabilities, in the name of Joshua. From May to July, the donation is going to be used for Ukrainian refugees. Since this August, the donation is going to be used for Myanmar students whose education system collapsed in a military coup last year. From this September, the donation is used for vulnerable groups and handicapped child in South Korea. It was Joshua’s birthday, so he turned on Weverse live for CARAT to celebrate it together. Joshua chatted a lot with CARAT and it was so cute. He also wanted to show appreciation and gratitude to CARAT. How sweet of him! Joshua looked very happy to celebrate his birthday with CARAT together.
He posted pictures on Twitter as well. He said, “Thanks to Carats, it was a really happy birthday Thank you so much and I hope you always stay healthy!”.
Since this June, SEVENTEEN started WORLD TOUR “BE THE SUN”. They headed to North America, where they will perform in arenas in 12 different cities in the United States and Canada. SEVENTEEN already performed in Vancouver, Seattle, Oakland, Los Angeles, Houston, Fort Worth, Chicago, Washington DC, Atlanta, Belmont Park, Toronto, and Newark.
SEVENTEEN finally finished the world tour in Asia successfully. They embarked on an arena tour in Asia countries during these days. SEVENTEEN performed in Jakarta and Bangkok, Manila, and Singapore as well. And they finished six dome shows in Japan from November to December.

The title of Charity Fairy is given to the idol who received over 55,555,555 daily votes in CHOEAEDOL app during the whole month. Only the idols who have anniversaries (e.g. birthday, comeback and debut anniversary) during the month could challenge for the Charity Fairy title.
To honour the Charity Fairies, we donate 500k KRW in the name of the Charity Fairies. You will see the Donation Certificate within 2-3 weeks of the announcement on our Twitter.
