September 28 was Jeongwoo’s 19th birthday, so TREASURE MAKERs celebrated his birthday by voting and helping him to become the number one solo male artist on our daily rankings! He received 58,385,055 votes on September 28. It was way more than 55,555,555 votes, which is our Charity Fairy threshold, Park Jeongwoo has received his 2nd title from CHOEAEDOL.
Subsequently, CHOEAEDOL is going to make a ₩500k donation to the MIRAL Welfare Foundation, a Korean charity that comprehensively handles problems related to disabilities that may be revealed in a wide range of the social spectrum, including physical and mental disabilities, in the name of Park Jeongwoo. From May to July, the donation is going to be used for Ukrainian refugees. Since this August, the donation is going to be used for Myanmar students whose education system collapsed in a military coup last year.

On September 9, he posted on Weverse to express his gratitude. He said that ‘ Hello TREASURE MAKER! Thank you for celebrating my birthday. I am happy to be able to spend my birthday with TREASURE MAKRER! Thank you so much!’. He also recommended a song for TREASURE MAKER.
Jeongwoo turned on Weverse LIVE to celebrate his 19th birthday. He chatted a lot with TREASURE MAKRER and it was so cute. He also wanted to show appreciation and gratitude to TREASURE MAKRER. TREASURE members were also in the video and they looked very happy to celebrate Jeongwoo’s birthday together 🙂
On September 1, YG Entertainment announced TREASURE will release their second mini album “THE SECOND STEP : CHAPTER TWO” next month. And also, TREASURE will be holding a concert in Seoul on November 12 and 13. This concert will be filled with an enriched set list with their new charming songs!
By the way, unfortunately, TREASURE has been promoted as a 10-member group due to personal reasons and the health of the individual members. The title of Charity Fairy is given to the idol who received over 55,555,555 daily votes in CHOEAEDOL app during the whole month. Only the idols who have anniversaries (e.g. birthday, comeback and debut anniversary) during the month could challenge for the Charity Fairy title.
To honour the Charity Fairies, we donate 500k KRW in the name of the Charity Fairies. You will see the Donation Certificate within 2-3 weeks of the announcement on our Twitter.
