180th Charity Fairy – Wendy
Congratulations Wendy of Red Velvet for becoming our 180th Charity Fairy on a very special and meaningful day, as ReVeluvs celebrated their idol’s 10000 days on July 8 by helping Wendy to come first on our CHOEAEDOL daily charts. With 57,690,942 hearts (voting token) received, she has passed the threshold of 55,555,555 and thus became a Charity Fairy. That means, in Wendy’s name, ₩500(USD 440) would be donated to the MIRAL Welfare Foundation, a Korean charity that comprehensively handles problems related to disabilities that may be revealed in a wide range of the social spectrum, including physical and mental disabilities. This is Wendy’s third Charity Fairy title, after getting her first two in February and April this year, celebrating her birthday and solo debut respectively. We would like to thank all the ReVeluvs who voted Wendy on those three occasions and also every day. Thank you very much to you all. Congratulations Wendy once again.

This is her third Charity Fairy title in 2021. With Wendy’s 10100 Days going to be in October, it is up to ReVeluvs to see whether Wendy would gain her fourth title in the year.
Radio DJ
Wendy has been selected to become the new host of SBS’s long-running radio show Young Street.
She is taking over the show from the previous host, Lee Joon, who has been running the show since December 2019.
Previously, Wendy once hosted the show as a special DJ in November 2018.
Wendy was praised by the producers of Young Street, as Wendy has shown her positive energy and adaptability in her involvement in other entertainment shows and solo activities, and her personality has captured the hearts and minds of the personnel involved in the radio show.
Wendy is looking forward to this opportunity, as she said she has been dreaming of being a radio DJ for a long time.
“I would like to have everyone’s 8 p.m. filled with my unique positive and pleasureful energy,” said Wendy.
Sua from Dreamcatcher is also going to join forces with Wendy, as Sua is also going to be the host of Young Street starting next week.
